CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation

Our show has limited time and availability and many of our shows are fully scheduled. When you schedule a segment on the Weller Does Delmarva Show, you are holding a time slot on our calendar that is no longer available to our other sponsors, advertisers or guests. For this reason and if cancellation is necessary, we require that you contact us AT LEAST 72 HOURS in advance to your scheduled show date.  This will allow us to offer the time slot to another sponsor or guest.   Any No Show, Cancellation or Reschedule made less than 72 hours advance notice will result in a Cancellation Fee. Minimum Cancellation Fee is $150.00.   

We request that you please give us minimum 10 days or MORE notice of cancellation whenever possible.

Rescheduling

In the event that you need to reschedule your show appearance, please let us know a Minimum of  10 days in advance of scheduled date to allow us ample time to arrange alternate guest scheduling for the show and to make changes to our show guest announcements and show introduction.  For rescheduling Less than 72 hours before your scheduled segment and date, it will be treated as a cancellation and a Cancellation Fee will apply.  

Late Arrivals

We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur and we will try to accommodate you and fit you into the show schedule on  the same day, however, that is not always possible.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled time slot, we unfortunately will have to treat as a cancellation and a Cancellation Fee will apply. 

Please Note: We do NOT offer Refunds. Cancellations made less than the 72 hours advance notice will lose any payments made.
